A while ago I was lucky enough to be treated to an amazing Powered up Dermalogica® treatment facial. Thank you Annique, the results spoke for itself.

She customised a  double cleanse by mixing Multivitamin Thermafoliant with Skin Resurfacing Cleanser followed by Face Mapping my skin.

Then she used the BioiSurface Peel Enzyme Active and a layer of Biosurface Peel Acid Active as exfoliation and penetrated the Hyaluronic Acid Ion Active into my skin using galvanic iontophoresis.

She then applied a Hydrating Colloidal Masque Base and a Combination of red and Blue LED ( Light Emitting Diodes) was used to stimulate healing and blood circulation.

The treatments was finished off with the professional application of the new Stress positive eye lift treatment and moisturiser.

I left the treatment room with glowing, healthy skin and definitely felt more destressed.

So if you are planning on booking your next Dermalogica® facial, I’d definitely recommend trying the Powered up treatments at your nearest approved Dermalogica® salon.  This highly active professional skin treatment is designed to address predominant skin conditions such as acne, dehydration, sensitivity, and skin ageing. By drawing on professional use only formulas that can be optimised with the latest treatment room technology, the  Powered up treatment achieves visible, supercharged skin results.

And if you have some extra money to spend, why not invest in the new Dermalogica® Stress Positive Eye lift – A High-Performance Eye Treatment That Energises the Skin and Reduces Visible Signs of Stress. I definitely know it’s on my list of must have skincare items to purchase (review to follow).

About Dermalogica:

Dermalogica® revolutionised the skin care industry when it emerged into the marketplace in 1986 with innovative formulations, which excluded common irritants, including SD alcohol, lanolin, mineral oil and artificial colours and fragrances. Jane Wurwand developed the products to better support the advanced curriculum she had developed a few years earlier for The International Dermal Institute, which she also founded. Wurwand led the company’s growth from an idea to the world’s mostrequested professional skin care brand.

Dermalogica® today is sold in more than 100 countries worldwide. Dermalogica products are available in select skin care centres on the recommendation of a qualified professional skin care therapist in addition to the brand’s concept spaces and online at dermalogica.co.za. Dermalogica® is made in the USA, with its global operations based in Carson, just south of Los Angeles. To learn more about dermalogica®, please visit www.dermalogica.co.za.
